Went to my first CrossFit class May of 2010 and received my Level 1 in 2011 haven't looked back since. I immediately saw the positive impact it had, not only physically, but emotionally as well. Helping people achieve what they thought once was impossible is probably one of the most rewarding things you can do in this life.
Coaching and CrossFit are very special to me and is something that has changed my life. What's even better is it gives me the opportunity to do the same for others every single day. There are not many people that get thanked for doing their job, but I have the privilege of that multiple times a day.
Everything about CrossFit is amazing, from the people you meet, to the grueling workouts, the accomplishments you hit and results you get. Most people that talk about CrossFit can talk forever and won't shut up about it because that's how great it truly is.
I’ve been coaching/training people since 2014. I have CF level 1 and my OPEX CCP level 1 is in progress.
I was a 3 sport athlete growing up and strength training and conditioning was an integral part of my life. I have always enjoyed human movement. I have aspirations of getting into a physical therapy program.
I love to coach because I love to help people move better and meet their goals in fitness.
I am a third grade teacher (fittest teacher on earth, LOL) I played Division 1 college basketball at Marist. After college I wanted to continue being competitive so I picked up CrossFit and never looked back. I am very passionate about this sport and enjoy learning new things and teaching others how powerful CrossFit can be.
I started CrossFit in 2011 and it definitely changed my life. I never would of imagined that years later fitness would be such a huge part of my life.
Been coaching CrossFit since 2013. My favorite part about CrossFit is how it pushes you not only physically, but mentally.
For me, the best part about being a coach is seeing somebody achieve their goals, and then go even further by accomplishing things they never would of even considered possible at one point in their life.
I’ve been training people for the past year and have been doing CrossFit for the past 4 years.
I’m an elementary school physical education teacher, spartan racer and fitness enthusiast. I fell in love with CrossFit after my first intro class. The community aspect and having someone push you keeps me coming back!
I have been doing Crossfit since 2011. I was hooked after my first class. I love how Crossfit challenges you both mentally and physically at the same time. The changes in myself and those around me are nothing short of amazing.
Crossfit Undivided is a special place. Ive been to many gyms, but Crossfit Undivided has always felt like home. This community welcomes you with open arms regardless of fitness level or ability
