I Went to my first class May of 2010, received my CrossFit Level 1 in 2011, opened CrossFit Undivided in May of 2013 and haven't looked back since. I immediately saw the positive impact it had, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Helping people achieve what they thought once was impossible is probably one of the most rewarding things you can do in this life. It's not just about fitness, our gym houses some of the most sincere, kindest, selfless, and most hardworking people I have ever met. The community aspect of CrossFit is known because of the bonding that occurs each and every day both inside and outside of the gym.
I started CrossFit in 2011 and it definitely changed my life. I never would have imagined that years later fitness would be such a huge part of my life. Been coaching CrossFit since 2013. My favorite part about CrossFit is how it pushes you not only physically, but mentally. For me, the best part about being a coach is seeing somebody achieve their goals, and then go even further by accomplishing things they never would have even considered possible at one point in their life.
I am a third grade teacher (fittest teacher on earth) I played Division 1 college basketball at Marist. After college I wanted to continue being competitive so I picked up CrossFit and never looked back. I am very passionate about this sport and enjoy learning new things and teaching others how powerful CrossFit can be.
The pivotal moment that started my fitness journey was when I walked into the gym at 17 years old and lifted my first weight. From that moment on, my life changed for the better! For me, the gym has always provided me with a sense of purpose and structure. I love to challenge myself and others physically and mentally! Leading a healthy lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same is paramount for me. I am passionate about inspiring others to achieve their goals.
I have been doing Crossfit since 2011. I was hooked after my first class. I love how Crossfit challenges you both mentally and physically at the same time. The changes in myself and those around me are nothing short of amazing.
Crossfit Undivided is a special place. Ive been to many gyms, but Crossfit Undivided has always felt like home. This community welcomes you with open arms regardless of fitness level or ability
I began my CrossFit journey in 2015, fifty pounds heavier than I am today. I was always an athletic person and made the gym a priority, but no exercise or sport has changed my life more than CrossFit. I have a coaching background in competitive swimming as well as teaching spin classes. I am passionate about helping others fall in love with fitness the way I have, as well as helping to improve people’s confidence and ability to perform.
Coaching and CrossFit are very special to me and is something that has changed my life. What's even better is it gives me the opportunity to do the same for others every single day. There are not many people that get thanked for doing their job, but I have the privilege of that multiple times a day. Everything about CrossFit is amazing, from the people you meet, to the grueling workouts, the accomplishments you hit and results you get. Most people that talk about CrossFit can talk forever and won't shut up about it because that's how great it truly is.
I’ve been training people for the past year and have been doing CrossFit for the past 4 years.
I’m an elementary school physical education teacher, spartan racer and fitness enthusiast. I fell in love with CrossFit after my first intro class. The community aspect and having someone push you keeps me coming back!
