Welcome to Week 1

Our “beginner program,” ( aka “foundations” or “on-ramp” ) includes a Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7 pm class.

These classes are designed to teach you the basic CrossFit movements and prepare you to attend our regular classes.

The first half of each class is dedicated to teaching, and the second half will include a workout.

When the beginners program is complete, you will be invited back to learn the Olympic Lifts on the weekend.
