Body Sculpt is a strength training workout that utilizes traditional body building movements to tone and strengthen targeted muscle groups. Classes typically address particular areas of the body, such as biceps/triceps or chest/back. Interval training and circuits that include core work as well as cardio are incorporated into Body Sculpt. The format of the class varies daily, but will always begin with a warm up and stretching and then end with a cool-down period. Body sculpt can be modified and adjusted to fit any fitness level.
